INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All content, financial engines, calculators, proprietary systems, educational materials, frameworks, dashboards, graphics, designs, written content, videos, methodologies, concepts, software structures, and analytical tools made available through Phreydom Consulting are the exclusive intellectual property of Phreydom Consulting and are protected under applicable United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By accessing this platform, purchasing services, scheduling a session, or using materials or services provided by Phreydom Consulting, you agree to the following terms:

1. NO COPYING OR DUPLICATION

Users may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, modify, imitate, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute any financial engine, calculator, framework, design, code structure, educational system, or proprietary methodology contained within this platform without prior written consent from Phreydom Consulting.

2. NO RECREATION OF CALCULATORS OR ENGINES

Users may not recreate, reverse engineer, replicate, emulate, or build derivative works based on any proprietary wealth engine, calculator, financial framework, or analytical system developed by Phreydom Consulting.

3. NO REDISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

All educational content, including videos, PDFs, lessons, charts, written explanations, frameworks, graphics, and member materials, is strictly for authorized personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, shared, sublicensed, or publicly displayed without written permission.

4. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to analyze, extract, decode, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit the functionality, structure, formulas, automation systems, APIs, integrations, or underlying architecture of any proprietary platform feature or engine.

5. NO COMMERCIAL USE

No content, engine, framework, calculator, or proprietary material provided by Phreydom Consulting may be used for commercial purposes, client services, resale, consulting products, software development, educational businesses, or competing platforms without explicit written authorization.

6. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS RESTRICTIONS

Access to premium engines, dashboards, calculators, and member resources is licensed solely to the authorized subscriber. Sharing login credentials, distributing member-only content, or granting unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

7. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

All systems, wealth engines, proprietary frameworks, educational methodologies, branding elements, platform structures, and intellectual property are solely owned by Phreydom Consulting.

Nothing contained within this platform shall be interpreted as granting any ownership rights, licenses, or permissions beyond personal authorized use.

8. ENFORCEMENT

Phreydom Consulting reserves the right to suspend access, terminate memberships, pursue legal remedies, seek financial damages, and enforce all available intellectual property protections against unauthorized use, reproduction, infringement, or misuse of its proprietary systems and materials.

1-on-1 Coaching Agreement

1. NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

All purchases, payments, bookings, coaching sessions, consultations, classes, digital products, educational services, and other paid services provided by Phreydom Consulting are final and non-refundable.

Once payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued, including for unused services, missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or a client's decision not to participate.

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled appointments and sessions at the agreed-upon date and time. If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment or session without appearing (“no-show”), the session will be considered used and no refund will be provided.

Any rescheduling permitted by Phreydom Consulting is at its discretion and does not create or imply a right to a refund.
